General Provisions
1. These Regulations define the conditions for use of the Website
2. The name of the Website, its concept, graphic design, software and database, as well as graphic elements of the Website, with the exception of graphic elements originating from third parties (in particular logos), are the exclusive property of the Provider and are subject to legal protection.
3. Use of the Website and the Services offered through the Website implies that the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
4. Responsibility for content
I. The Owner is responsible only for its own content posted on the Service.
II. The information posted by the Owner of the Website is updated on an ongoing basis and compiled with care; however, the Owner of the Website does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and continuous availability of the Website.
III. The Owner reserves the right to change the content of the Website, supplement it, shorten it or withdraw it completely. It also does not guarantee that the content is suitable for the user and his purposes.
IV. The site may contain links to third-party web addresses, the content of which the owner has no influence over. The content of the linked addresses is the sole responsibility of their operator.
5. Copyright
I. The content of the Website is protected by international copyright law. The rights to all materials on the Site are reserved to the owner or to companies and authorized persons (e.g. business partners, customers).
II. None of the Service (including but not limited to texts, documents, files, layouts, graphics) may be reproduced or distributed in any form or by any means without written permission of the owner of the Service.
III. Violation of copyright by the User shall result in legal liability as defined in particular in the provisions of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
6. Technical Guidelines
In order to use the Website correctly and without interruption, the visitor to the Website should meet the following minimum requirements:
(a) have a computer connected to the Internet;
(b) have an Internet browser capable of displaying hypertext documents (HTML) linked to the Internet on a computer screen via a networked web service.
7. Privacy protection
I. The User's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU.L No. 119, p. 1) (hereinafter also: "RODO") and other currently applicable, i.e. for the entire period of processing of certain data, provisions of data protection law.
II. The Administrator of the data within the meaning of RODO is the Owner of the Website;
III. The Administrator shall exercise special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data it collects are:
(a) processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner for the data subject;
(b) collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
(c) adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
(d) correct and updated as necessary;
(e) kept in a form that allows identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;
(f) processed in a manner that ensures adequate security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by means of appropriate technical or organizational measures.
